This Privacy Policy explains how Nava ("Nava", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Nava website, application, and related services (the "Service") available at nava-social.app. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Nava ecosystem / Nava, based in Kurdistan region. For any privacy questions, contact us at navaecosystem@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
You provide directly
- Account information — username, display name, email, and profile details, including information from third-party sign-in (e.g. "Continue with Google").
- Content — posts, comments, reactions, messages, media, and other material you submit.
- Public wallet data — Solana wallet addresses and on-chain activity you choose to connect or display. Blockchain data is public by nature.
Collected automatically
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, interactions, approximate location (from IP), browser type, device identifiers, and log data.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To personalize your experience and show relevant content.
- To communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
- To display advertising and measure its performance (see Section 5).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services we rely on
We use trusted third parties to run the Service. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- Authentication — Google Sign-In (see Google's Privacy Policy).
- Backend & hosting — Supabase and our hosting provider store account and content data.
- Blockchain — the Solana network and related RPC providers process public on-chain transactions. We do not control the blockchain and cannot delete on-chain data.
- Advertising partners — see Section 5.
5. Cookies & advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising. Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" option in the app.
Google AdSense
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- If you decline advertising cookies, we instruct Google to serve non-personalized ads where supported. Non-personalized ads still use a cookie for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
Cryptocurrency ad networks
We may also display ads from cryptocurrency-focused advertising networks (for example [A-ADS / COINZILLA / BITMEDIA — name the ones you use]). These networks may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Please review the privacy policy of each network you enable and link it here: [LINK].
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Service works.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with service providers and advertising partners as described above; when you make content public; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition).
7. Your rights & choices
- Access, update, or delete your account information from within the app, or by contacting us.
- Manage advertising cookie consent via "Manage cookies."
- Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these, email navaecosystem@gmail.com.
8. Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
